Manju Salt is a high-quality sea salt that is rich in minerals and has anti-oxidising and regenerative properties. It is produced according to a specially developed process based on EM technology by adding Manju.

Manju Salt is naturally sourced and completely free of chemical additives. The sea water used is pumped up from the north east coast of Okinawa during the full moon spring tides and then undergoes complex processing. Manju Sea Salt for a balanced diet

Manju Salt is recommended as a valuable part of a balanced diet, in the kitchen and at the dining table. It is particularly effective as a health food when it is consumed together with Manju. 0.5-1 g of Manju Salt per day (a pinch) as part of a balanced diet is recommended for healthy adults.

 

How to increase your precious Manju Sea Salt

We recommend mixing pure Manju Sea Salt with natural sea salt from the Guérande or other high-quality natural salts to make it go further.

To do so, mix 10% Manju Sea Salt with good natural salt, e.g. a 100 g refill packet of Manju Sea Salt with 1 kg sun-dried natural salt. Then spray the salt mixture three times with Manju and leave it to dry slowly in the sun, the oven or under an infra-red light for 2 to 3 days.

Put the well-dried salt mixture in a sealed glass and leave to stand for 3 weeks. This leads to better maturation of the salt, makes the taste milder and "rounder" and gives it around 70% of the excellent anti-oxidant and regenerative qualities and effects of pure Manju Sea Salt.
