Green papayasSince time immemorial, papayas have been harvested when green and used as vegetables on Okinawa. These papayas contain an abundance of useful substances, including the digestive enzyme papain, the carotenoid β-cryptoxanthin, a great many vitamins – including plenty of vitamin C –, fibres, amino acids, minerals and many more vitalising substances.
Manju is made exclusively from organic papayas, cultivated with Effective Microorganisms in our own cultivation on Okinawa and mixed into the valuable drink. |
